Jensen–Shannon Divergence — XLSX

Expected layout per file: gate titles on row 1 from B1 →, sample names in A2 ↓, values from B2 across. This tool aligns gates by name, normalizes each sample row to probabilities, computes pairwise JSD between mean distributions, and estimates a p-value via a permutation test.
