NK BOOLEAN Gate Column Reordering

This tool reorders the columns of an Excel file so that the BOOLEAN NK gate columns match the order in a template Excel file (based on CD57/CD96/CXCR4/KLRG1/NKG2A/TIGIT/TIM3 ± pattern).

1. Upload template Excel (correct order)

Template Excel (.xlsx) — first sheet, first row is header, with correct BOOLEAN gate order.

2. Upload input Excel (to be reordered)

Input Excel (.xlsx) — first sheet, first row is header, columns to be reordered.
